We manage the entire hiring process tightly from talent engagement through to close. We’ll also work with candidates closely during the resignation process to ensure they start with your business and assist them in negotiating to reduce their notice periods (where applicable).
We do not headhunt from our clients (It’s in our contract!)

All candidates will be fully briefed on your business before attending any interview ensuring that they are attending for the right reasons. We qualify expectations from both sides up front so there are no surprises at the back end.
We will meet and first interview every candidate face-to-face. If we face geographical restrictions we will endeavor to have a video conference with candidates prior to attending an interview with you.
At Ashley James we value quality over quantity - every single time. We won’t send a high volume of CV’s, so when we do introduce someone, you’ll know we believe that they can do the job you are hiring for.
